Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized therapy plans based on each client’s unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and groups, fostering a supportive atmosphere for open dialogue.

• Document treatment progress meticulously in EMR systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while maintaining confidentiality.

• Participate in team meetings with multidisciplinary professionals to coordinate client care and enhance treatment strategies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to remain current with the latest mental health research and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse population, focusing on individuals and families with limited access to mental health resources. You will address various issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and familial conflicts. By understanding the unique contexts of your clients, you will enact tailored strategies that promote healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, ideally in a clinical or therapeutic setting.

• Strong knowledge of legal, ethical, and professional standards in mental health practice.

• Excellent communication skills with an ability to connect with a varied clientele effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Carecube Medical Services offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload availability. Additional benefits include:
