Reproductive Equity Now is a New England-based advocacy organization dedicated to ensuring equitable access to the full spectrum of reproductive health care for all people, regardless of race, ethnicity, income, geography, gender, age, immigration status, ability, sexual orientation, or religion. Originally established in Massachusetts and now expanding its presence across the region, Reproductive Equity Now has emerged as a leading voice in the movement for reproductive freedom, advancing an integrated strategy that includes policy advocacy, grassroots organizing, public education, coalition building, and electoral engagement. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the President will lead a talented and deeply committed team, guide fundraising and board engagement efforts, cultivate key relationships with policymakers, donors, coalition partners, and community stakeholders, and serve as a persuasive public voice for the organization's work. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned, values-driven executive with the capacity to lead through complexity, translate strategy into measurable progress, and position the organization for continued growth and influence.
