About the Role
The Company is seeking a visionary and transformational Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization through a fundamental repositioning and into its next global chapter. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a major evolution of the business model, brand, program, and operations, with a focus on sustainable family preservation, in-country solutions, and systemic impact. This role demands a leader with strategic courage, strong communication skills, and a deep respect for the organization's legacy and ethos. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors, lead the executive team, and ensure the long-term fiscal sustainability of the organization. Strategic priorities include clarifying the company's identity, strengthening and diversifying revenue, and elevating external visibility as a respected voice in child welfare and family preservation. The ideal CEO for the company will have a proven track record in senior executive leadership within a global, mission-driven organization, and experience in managing multi-country programs and international partnerships. They must be adept at leading organizational transformation, growing and diversifying revenue, and have a strong understanding of financial stewardship. The role requires a leader who is an exceptional communicator, both in inspiring and engaging with various stakeholders, and who approaches relationships with emotional intelligence and cultural humility. A mature, authentic Christian faith is essential, as the company is rooted in Christian values. The candidate should be able to articulate how faith informs service and care for children and families, while also leading an organization with a diverse range of perspectives and experiences.
