Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of a high school diploma, GED, or proof of education.
• BCI and FBI criminal records results less than one-year old must be submitted prior to initial employment and as required thereafter.
• Must possess strong organizational skills and exhibit attention to detail with the ability to work independently on multi-step processes.
• Be proficient in the operation of computer software, equipment, email, Internet.
• High level of expertise in written composition, general office procedures, word processing, spreadsheet, database, and publishing software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, act ethically, and represent the district professionally with staff, students, and the community.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Perform essential fiscal and financial functions, including student fee collection, deposits, purchase orders, requisitions, invoices, mileage, and maintaining accurate transaction records.
• Maintain, track, and report Adult Education program data, including enrollment, student follow-up information, attendance, surveys, and required reporting systems.
• Support student registration and account processing, including registering students, processing fees, maintaining student records, and applying financial aid funds to appropriate student accounts.
• Maintain personnel and administrative records, including employment and consultant contracts, instructor certifications, part-time employee records, timesheets, and time-and-attendance processes.
• Provide administrative and operational support for Adult Education, including preparation of Board agenda materials, assistance to students, staff and the public, recordkeeping, and support of the Adult Education administrative team.
