Peak is looking for a “ROCKSTAR” Accounting Manager-Property to join our corporate team. Ideal candidate will be responsible for: Oversee full-cycle accounting operations across a portfolio of ~8,500 multifamily units, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting Manage and lead team members across key accounting functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies, as well as adherence to owner and lender reporting standards Monitor and improve processes related to month-end and year-end close activities Partner with property operations and leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis Identify opportunities for automation and system improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload Ideal candidate will have the preferred skills and experience: Excellent management and supervisory skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas and data analysis tools. Three years of multifamily experience. Ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail are essential Why come work for us?
