Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mental health services through telehealth, providing therapy to clients in a virtual environment that prioritizes comfort and confidentiality.

• Assess client needs and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual evaluations and the latest evidence-based practices.

• Conduct thorough psychological evaluations, using standardized assessment tools to determine the best courses of action for clients.

• Collaborate proactively with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, psychologists, and other therapists, to enhance the therapeutic experience and outcomes for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve interacting with a broad range of clients from various socio-economic backgrounds and cultures, including individuals, couples, and families facing myriad mental health challenges. Our clients may present with issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship difficulties and trauma. You will play a crucial role in delivering culturally responsive care that respects and understands each client's unique experiences and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid LMFT license in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
