Account Executive / Business Development Manager
Aufgrund des schnellen Wachstums unseres Unternehmens in Deutschland mchten wir unser Vertriebsteam erweitern! Diese Position bietet Ihnen die Gelegenheit, als echter Verkaufsprofi zu glnzen mit einem klaren Fokus auf die Neukundenakquise in Deutschland sowie der Betreuung bestehender Kunden. Sie sind ein echter Hunter und steuern den gesamten Verkaufsprozess von der Leadgenerierung bis zum Vertragsabschluss.
Wir suchen charismatische, energiegeladene und geschftsorientierte Persnlichkeiten mit einem unermdlichen Erfolgswillen und dem Wunsch, die Bedrfnisse unserer Kunden bestmglich zu erfllen. Diese Position bietet eine hervorragende Gelegenheit zur persnlichen Weiterentwicklung in einem untersttzenden, internationalen Team.
Unser internationales Vertriebsteam besteht aus Account Executives und Account Managern in multiplen Regionen. Mit diesen Kollegen tauschen Sie regelmig Wissen und Erfahrungen aus gemeinsam knnen wir noch erfolgreicher sein! Sie arbeiten remote von Ihrem Homeoffice aus, mit gelegentlichen Einstzen in unserer Hauptniederlassung in Arnheim in den Niederlanden.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Umsatzsteigerung durch gezielte Business Development Strategien
- Fokus auf Neukundengewinnung
- Professionelle und leidenschaftliche Reprsentation unseres Unternehmens
- Sorgfltige Dokumentation von Kundeninteraktionen und Vertriebsaktivitten in unserem CRM-System
- Marktbeobachtung: Trends, Wettbewerbsaktivitten und Kundenverhalten analysieren
- Kundenbesuche in Nord- oder Sddeutschland (je nach Wohnort)
- Teilnahme an Messen, um neue Geschftskontakte zu knpfen
Stellenanforderungen
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (HBO/Fachhochschule) in BWL, Vertriebsmanagement, Lebensmitteltechnologie oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Mindestens 4 Jahre erfolgreiche Vertriebserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb (Kenntnisse in der Lebensmittel- und Getrnkeindustrie sind von Vorteil)
- Grundverstndnis fr Marktforschung und Verbraucheranalysen
- Erfahrung in einem dynamischen, internationalen und wachstumsstarken Umfeld
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Salesloft, Dynamics oder LinkedIn Sales Navigator von Vorteil
- Wohnsitz in Nordrhein-Westfalen (Cologne, Dortmund), Hamburg, Frankfurt oder Stuttgart region
- Flieende Deutschkenntnisse und am besten auch English
- Bereitschaft, whrend des Onboardings zwei Wochen in Arnheim zu arbeiten (Unterkunft wird gestellt)
