Telesales Representative

To support the enrollment process, the full-time California Licensed Telesales Representative will assess health plan needs of prospective members, verify Medicare/Medi-Cal eligibility, and facilitate telephonic enrollment while working remotely. Key responsibilities Facilitate telephonic enrollment by presenting benefit information and assisting prospects with the enrollment process Adhere to state and regulatory guidelines, including following CMS approved scripts and department policies Manage follow-up calls and maintain knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal, and SCAN benefits through required training Required qualifications Valid Health Insurance License required per CMS requirements 2+ years of experience in telemarketing or a healthcare-related field Proven sales and customer service skills
