In this role you will be responsible for in-process and final inspections, identify and communicate quality concerns, identify nonconformances, support corrective actions, and provide guidance to production personnel throughput the manufacturing process.Duties and Responsibilities :Perform visual, dimensional, functional, and aesthetic inspections of finished products to verify compliance with specifications and quality standardsConduct in-process inspections by reviewing product specifications, performing measurements, and communicating required adjustments to production personnel and supervisorsReview blueprints, drawings, specifications, and quality requirements to ensure product conformityDocument inspection results accurately and maintain quality records, reports, logs, and database entriesGenerate and process nonconformance reports and assist with product disposition activitiesCommunicate quality concerns, inspection findings, and nonconforming conditions to supervisors and production teams in a timely mannerSupport investigations into quality issues and participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activitiesTrain and educate production personnel on quality requirements, inspection results, and quality improvement opportunitiesParticipate in internal quality audits to verify compliance with documented procedures, specifications, and quality system requirementsQualificationsMinimum Qualifications :High school diploma or equivalent required1+ year of experience in manufacturing, production, quality, or related environmentPrevious quality inspection experience preferredPrevious experience using measuring devices such as tape measures, rulers, calipers, or gaugesAbility to read and follow work instructions, specifications, and production documentationBasic computer skills with the ability to accurately document inspection results, maintain records, and enter data into electronic systemsBilingual Spanish or Hmong a plusBenefits :Health, dental, vision, basic life, and AD&D insurance401(k) retirement plan with employer match.Paid Time Off (Vacation and Protected Paid Time) and 6 company holidays.Tuition Assistance ProgramEmployee Brace ProgramThe salary range is based on several factors which will vary based on position.
