Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Radiant Family Relations Counseling, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to the needs of couples and families.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples while also providing individual counseling for each partner.
\n
• Addressing a broad spectrum of issues, including but not limited to:\n

  • Alcohol abuse

  • Physical and psychological abuse
  \n
  • Grief and loss
  \n
  • Family conflicts such as sibling rivalry or cut-offs
  \n
  • Job-related stress and coping mechanisms
  \n
  • Transitions related to separation and divorce
  \n
  • Mother-daughter relational dynamics
  \n
  • Communication barriers within families
  \n

• Utilizing evidence-based therapies and methods to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate client records and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Current and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
