Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs, goals, and preferences, fostering an open and trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Implement evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to each client's specific situation.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies through guidance and support.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to promote effective outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to integrate care and provide comprehensive support.

• Stay current with research and advancements in the field of mood disorders to enhance treatment strategies and outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
