Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate each client’s mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing established diagnostic tools.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant approaches in both individual and group settings.

• Regularly track and document clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to their treatment plans based on their feedback and needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring a timely response to their needs.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is current and accurate.

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, social workers, and community resources, to provide comprehensive treatment.

• Stay informed on the latest developments in the mental health field through ongoing professional development and participation in training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults and adolescents facing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Qualifications\n
