Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to identify developmental delays and disabilities in children and determine appropriate interventions.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring family involvement and adherence to best practices.

• Monitor and review outcomes as a team member and provide regular updates to families on their child’s progress.

• Develop strong rapport with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members to foster a supportive and healthy learning environment.

• Implement strategies to support family engagement and enhance children’s development, utilizing evidence-based practices.
\n
• Educate families on developmental milestones and provide resources that empower them in their child’s growth.

• Utilize the coaching model and Natural Learning Environment Practices to deliver interventions within the child’s daily routines.

• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations, maintaining the highest standards of health and safety for all individuals served.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on young children, particularly infants and toddlers at risk for developmental delays or disabilities. You will work closely with families during a critical period of early childhood development, assisting them in fostering physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills that are crucial during the formative years of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure from the Department of Public Health (LCSW required).

• A valid driver's license for travel as needed.
