As an Accounts Payable Clerk you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and efficient financial processes for our clients in South Anaheim and the surrounding areas.What We Offer:Competitive up to $30 an hour DOEOpportunities for career growth and developmentAccess to various job opportunities with reputable companiesWeekly paychecksResponsibilities:Process accounts payable transactions, including verifying invoices, reconciling discrepancies, and obtaining proper approvals.Maintain vendor records, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.Prepare and process weekly or monthly payment runs, adhering to payment terms and schedules.Monitor and analyze expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice and payment-related inquiries.Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Accounts Payable Clerk.Live within 15 miles of our office locationProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues and vendors professionally.High level of integrity and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.How to Apply:Take the first step toward success!
