Accounts Payable ClerkWe are currently seeking a position for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Dealership group.ResponsibilitiesProcess check requests and expense reports on a regular basisAccurately review, code, and process vendor invoicesPerform monthly reconciliationsMaintain a large number of vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and proceduresPerform data entry associated with accounts payableReview and reconcile invoice discrepanciesAudit and process credit card billsAddress and respond to vendor inquiriesQualificationsHigh school diploma. Associate's degree in Accounting preferred.2-3 years experience in accounts payable or general accounting (Dealership Experience REQUIRED)Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds preferredProficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsKnowledge of basic accounting principlesHigh degree of attention to detailAbility to work independently and prioritize tasksStrong analytic abilitiesJob Type: Full-timePay: $25-$30 Per HourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurancePeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
