The Opportunity Our client represents manufacturers, healthcare providers, and other leading companies in high-stakes litigation involving: Product Liability Complex Civil Litigation Class Actions Medical Malpractice Commercial Litigation This practice offers meaningful responsibility, significant client interaction, and the opportunity to take depositions, argue motions, and work on major trials across the country. What We're Looking For We're seeking an attorney who possesses: 3‑5+ years of civil litigation experience Exceptional legal research and writing skills Experience drafting persuasive motions, briefs, and pleadings Confidence taking and defending depositions Motion practice and courtroom experience Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities Excellent time management and organizational skills A self‑starter mentality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience defending manufacturers, healthcare providers, or corporate clients in product liability or other complex litigation matters is highly preferred. Applicants should be willing to travel several days each month for depositions, hearings, and trial work in other jurisdictions. Qualifications J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school Active Arizona Bar license in good standing Strong academic credentials Law Review or Law Journal experience is a plus, but exceptional writing ability is the priority Why This Firm?
