Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other modalities tailored to individual client needs.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments, provide accurate diagnoses, and maintain thorough documentation to determine the appropriate level of care for our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active LMFT license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling or therapy, demonstrating your capability in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is two years of experience, candidates with specialized training in family systems therapy, trauma-focused therapies, or other evidence-based practices will be given preference. Experience in utilizing telehealth platforms effectively in therapy delivery is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
