What You Will Do Validate project details at kickoff to ensure accuracy in the system Coordinate and follow up with Sales regarding project bookings, releases from COE or credit holds Set up prevailing wage, CCIP/OCIP projects Submit monthly CCIP/OCIP reporting Ship and track material-only sale projects Create and receive purchase orders for subcontractors and material vendors Release material shipments per PM request Process and track RMAs Assist PMs with special billing forms and invoice credits Support the Billing team with invoicing questions Serve as Dispute Champion for the Install department by resolving or escalating AR disputes Coordinate delivery of close-out documentation Attend weekly Work in Progress (WIP) meetings Manage Accounts Payable disputes, issues, and PO-on-hold reviews Perform other duties as assigned to support project and department operations What We Offer Competitive starting pay Paid training Global advancement opportunities Referral bonuses Comprehensive benefits, including: Medical Dental Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Life Insurance 401(k) with company match Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Employee Assistance Program Wellness Program And more!
