Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions via telehealth platforms, using appropriate techniques to assess and diagnose clients' mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on a diverse client demographic, including children, teens, and young adults experiencing various mental health challenges. Given the virtual nature of the services, you will leverage technology to overcome barriers to access and provide ongoing support to clients and their families throughout their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.

• Active, unrestricted state license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Maryland.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure counseling experience in a therapeutic setting.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification, which must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with trauma-responsive practices and evidence-based treatment modalities such as EMDR, DBT, and CBT.

• Experience working with a diverse clientele, particularly within the telehealth realm.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Telehealth Licensed Professional Counselor position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, complemented by attractive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees.
