Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement and monitor therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address individual client challenges.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other legal regulations, thus safeguarding client privacy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow counselors to provide holistic support to clients.

• Participate in regular peer consultations and case reviews to enhance therapeutic techniques and improve patient outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and resources available within the community, fostering informed decision-making regarding care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.

• Experience in utilizing solution-focused therapeutic techniques, adapting approaches to meet individual client needs.

Preferred Experience\n
