US Payroll Specialist | Mandarin Speaking | $80,000 - $150,000 USD | Los Angeles JSS Search is partnering with a fast-growing international organisation to appoint an experienced, Mandarin speaking, US Payroll Specialist to join a growing Payroll function. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business during a period of significant growth, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the accurate delivery of US payroll while partnering closely with Finance on reporting, analysis and compliance. The Role Manage end-to-end US payroll across multiple states Process both bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll cycles Administer payroll through ADP Workforce Now Produce payroll cost reports and partner with Finance on monthly workforce cost analysis and payroll variance reporting Ensure payroll is compliant with US legislation and internal controls Support continuous process improvements as the business continues to scale What We're Looking For Hands on experience managing US payroll Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now Experience independently managing complex multi-state payroll Strong payroll reporting skills with the ability to extract and analyse payroll data Experience working closely with Finance teams Fluent Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is essential Highly Desirable Experience with expatriate payroll, tax equalisation and US payroll tax compliance Payroll experience within logistics, manufacturing, warehousing or other large operational workforces Strong understanding of hourly payroll, overtime calculations, shift premiums and complex pay structures #J-18808-Ljbffr
