Esta aplicación recopila currículums de los empleados de ensambladores de fabricacion en nuestro almacén de Garfield, Nueva Jersey. Sin embargo, eso no significa necesariamente que actualmente tengamos una vacante. Una vez que presente su solicitud, su solicitud se guardará en nuestra base de datos para futuras vacantes.
OBLIGACIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES
- Clasificar y contar productos antes de empaquetarlos.
- Revisar los productos para controlar la calidad y garantizar que cumplan con las expectativas.
- Desmontar, modificar y volver a montar productos.
- Examinar las conexiones para comprobar el ajuste correcto de piezas y subconjuntos.
- Mantener un ambiente seguro y limpio, cumplir con las normas de seguridad.
- Solucionar problemas de mal funcionamiento, alertar a los supervisores si se necesitan reparaciones.
- Mantenga el inventario, acelere los pedidos de suministros cuando los niveles de inventario sean bajos.
- Minimizar los residuos conservando materiales y recursos.
- Capacidad para manejar materiales frágiles.
- Comuníquese de forma clara y eficiente con sus supervisores y compañeros de equipo.
EXPERIENCIA Y CALIFICACIONES
- Diploma de secundaria / GED
- Se prefiere 1-2 años de experiencia o capacitación especializada en asamblea general.
- Capacidad para leer, escribir y comprender inglés.
- Capacidad para permanecer de pie durante largos períodos de tiempo.
- Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras.
- Capacidad para doblarse, alcanzar y agacharse.
- Se prefiere tener experiencia en el manejo de herramientas manuales y eléctricas.
- Gran atención a los detalles, puede trabajar en tareas que son de naturaleza rutinaria.
- Tomar respetuosamente las instrucciones de los supervisores y tener una actitud positiva en general.
- Seguir prácticas y procedimientos estándar cuando se le indique.
- Confiable y puntual en asistencia.
- Productivo en entornos acelerados
- Disponible para trabajar horas extras cuando sea necesario, se le puede pedir que trabaje en días festivos o fines de semana.
