Quality of Life Coordinator

Schedule Full Time – 4 days per week plus every other weekend. 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Responsibilities Plan and lead engaging daily and monthly activity programs. Create meaningful experiences that support physical, cognitive, and emotional well‑being. Organize music, arts, sensory activities and small group engagement. Coordinate special events and outings for residents. Support and inspire team members to incorporate engagement into daily care. Maintain activity supplies, sensory tools, and enrichment materials. Qualifications Positive, energetic, and compassionate personality. Creativity and passion for enriching the lives of others. Interest or experience in memory care activities or senior living, preferred but not required. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Benefits Tuition reimbursement.
