Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to meet each client's unique mental health needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, drawing from a variety of methodologies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, tailored to the preferences and requirements of individuals, families, and groups.

• Collaborate actively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care that addresses any co-occurring disorders or complex case considerations.

• Offer crisis intervention services for clients facing acute psychological stress or emergency situations, ensuring immediate support and stabilization as needed.

Qualifications\n
