Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health needs and challenges of clients, creating tailored treatment plans that promote healing and growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents. Your expertise in family dynamics, individual concerns, and relationship issues will enable you to address a broad spectrum of mental health conditions often encountered in our community. You will be instrumental in helping families navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, and conflict resolution, contributing to healthier family units.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Georgia.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related discipline is highly preferred.

• Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations in a clinical setting.

• Proven ability to conduct individual and couples therapy effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $101,000 annually, along with bonuses based on productivity.
