Pay & Benefits

• Salary Range: $257,000 - $286,000 annually
• Additional Compensation: Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus; generous productivity bonuses based on wRVUs
• Student Loan Repayment: Up to $24,000 ($1,000/month for 2 years)

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive, full-spectrum Family Medicine care to a diverse patient population
• Conduct 36 patient-facing hours weekly, with time allocated for professional development
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and advanced practice providers in a physician-led environment
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation with colleagues
• Assist with patient education, preventive care, and chronic disease management
• Use available lab and imaging services for prompt diagnostics
• Contribute to development and implementation of patient care strategies aligned with UCHealth's mission

What You Need

• Medical license or eligibility for licensure in Colorado
• Board eligible or certified in Family Medicine (completion of residency required)
• Key skills: Patient care, collaboration, communication, and adaptability
