Front Desk Supervisor

Front Desk Supervisor, or a hybrid front desk medical spa receptionist and administrative assistant, is responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations and manage the client experience. Their duties include answering client phone calls and booking appointments, receiving and sorting inbound packages / products, and greeting clients when they arrive for appointments. Description Front Desk supervisor is responsible for managing the client experience and performing clerical tasks within an office setting. Duties include answering phone calls, greeting visitors, organizing files, assisting with inventory management, social media and marketing tasks, customer service, sales, and scheduling appointments. Other responsibilities include managing cash drawers, updating employee schedules, running reports, and maintaining client records. Strong communication, problem‑solving, independent self‑starter, critical thinking skills and customer service skills are essential for success in this role. This role is part‑time, at 20 hours / week, with the goal of growing to a full‑time role as business dictates. Salary Expectations: The average salary for a Front Desk Supervisor is $13.60 per hour in the DSM metro area, with variations based on experience and location. We are in search of a high-level, detail oriented, sales focused, and mature candidate, and candidate will be compensated accordingly. Education and Training Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or related field is preferred, but not required for office receptionists. Experience with EMR, Google workspace and Apple products is beneficial. Experience Requirements: Prior experience in a receptionist or related role, ability to multitask, critical thinking skills, professional demeanor, and customer‑oriented attitude are key qualifications for this position.
