Sales Development Manager

Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Commission Location: Austin, TX (downtown office) Our client, a RegTech company, is looking to hire an experienced leader to oversee the business development division. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this role will develop a team of Sales Development Representatives here in Austin, Texas. You will play an integral role within the revenue organization and work strategically to drive process and coach and enable your team to exceed targets. Key Responsibilities: Build and lead a high-performing team of SDRs Provide individual development and coaching to the members of your team Develop and use dashboards and analytics to drive achievement of objectives and continuous improvement Proactively manage staffing to ensure adequate capacity to meet the growth plan Implement and drive a structure of daily, weekly and monthly performance goals Continually optimize the sales process and technology to maximize the efficiency of the selling process Partner closely with the Marketing function to drive high quality leads Identify and adopt practices that improve our performance while maintaining consistency with our culture and team values Requirements: 5+ years sales/business development team management experience building high performing outbound and inbound sales development teams Experience in a sales role at a high-growth SaaS company Demonstrated track record of exceeding goals and a commitment to achieving performance Strong analytical approach background and ability to use data to drive decisions Strong communication and presentation skills both in-person, on the phone and over email Ability to shift priorities, demonstrate flexibility, coordinate multiple projects and meet multiple deadlines $100k-$110k base, $140k-$150k OTE Full medical insurance including dental and vision Life Assurance 401(k) 20 days PTO Paid sick leave Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Software Development Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Kollective Group by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Sales Development Manager” roles.
