Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will revolve around delivering quality mental health care and contributing to the overall health of patients. Key duties include:

• Conducting thorough patient intakes, including diagnostic and functional evaluations, and collaborating with primary care providers to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Providing brief, focused interventions for patients requiring mental health services, facilitating access to appropriate resources.

• Monitoring patient progress and initiating follow-up measures to assess treatment efficacy and make necessary adjustments.
\n
• Developing relapse prevention plans for at-risk patients and assisting them in maintaining stable functioning.
\n
• Coordinating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and effective treatment for behavioral health issues.
\n
• Documenting patient progress meticulously in treatment charts, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Educating patients on self-management techniques and lifestyle changes to promote overall health and well-being.
\n
• Consulting with clinic management on improving behavioral health services and evaluating treatment outcomes.

• Adhering to the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals in all interactions and documentation.

• Carrying out other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $87,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
