This position is fully remote, allowing you to conduct sessions and client consultations from the comfort of your own home or any location that suits your productivity. Our work culture emphasizes flexibility, with shift options of either 4x10 or 5x8 hours, scheduled between 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, families, couples, and groups, addressing a wide range of mental health issues.

• Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess and interpret clients' social, personal, environmental, and health histories to inform treatment plans.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health challenges, ensuring interventions align with ethical standards and clinical guidelines.

• Design and coordinate tailored programs and activities that meet the social and emotional requirements of clients.

• Facilitate intervention strategies for cognitive, emotional, and behavioral health cases, including crisis management and community resource referrals.

• Establish and maintain a therapeutic alliance characterized by mutual respect and trust.

• Regularly assess and document the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, modifying them as necessary to improve client outcomes.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records in accordance with organizational protocols.

• Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring timely and appropriate documentation of services rendered.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall functioning of the department.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 104,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
