Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations using a variety of standardized tools and interviews to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, couples, family, and group counseling sessions.

• Employ a range of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting techniques to meet clients’ specific challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, which may consist of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, ensuring that clients receive holistic and comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, including documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and session summaries.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and staying updated with the latest research in the field of mental health to enhance therapeutic practices and client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
