Federal Business Development Director - Defense & Capture

Aleut Federal in Arlington, VA is seeking a senior Federal Business Development leader with 10-15 years of growth experience in capture, planning, and staffing for technical/professional services. You will develop and execute federal BD strategies, identify opportunities, and lead capture with DoD stakeholders. Travel up to 25% to meet clients, support proposals, and attend conferences.
