Litigation Paralegal / Legal Assistant Downtown San Diego, CA In Office Salary: $95,000 to $120,000 A well-established downtown San Diego law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal or Legal Assistant to support attorneys in business/commercial litigation, employment defense, real estate/construction disputes, and insurance matters. Responsibilities include:

• Drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence
• Managing case files and litigation calendars
• Coordinating and e-filing in state and federal courts
• Assisting with depositions and trial preparation
• Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of civil litigation experience
• Strong knowledge of California civil procedure
• Excellent drafting and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
