Responsibilities Manage and organize legal documents and correspondence efficiently. Draft and proofread legal documents and contracts. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal information. Assist attorneys in preparing for court hearings and trials. Conduct legal research to support case preparation. Track and manage deadlines for legal filings and submissions. Participate in professional development and training opportunities. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for legal staff. Communicate with clients and external parties professionally. Monitor and report on the progress of legal projects. Support team members in achieving departmental goals. Utilize legal software and tools to enhance productivity. Experience/Qualifications 5 years experience Provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support to attorneys and paralegals in our Healthcare, Business Litigation & Employment practice groups. Proficient in legal document management and organization techniques. Strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection laws. Willingness to engage in continuous professional development. Experience in drafting, proofreading, and editing legal documents. Proficient in managing deadlines and legal filing processes. Excellent communication skills for client and external party interactions. Ability to assist in trial preparation and court procedures. Ability to monitor and report on legal project progress effectively. Experience with legal research methodologies and tools. Experience in scheduling and calendar management for legal staff.
