Customer Service Dispatcher - Part Time
We are seeking a part time Customer Service Dispatcher to join our client's team. As a Customer Service Dispatcher, you will be part of the Customer Support team supporting daily freight operations. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities, a calm and professional communication style, and the drive to resolve issues quickly—which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Irving, TX
Pay Range: $18
Shift: Monday to Saturday, 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (part-time)
What's the Job?
- Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
- Monitor progress of delivery routes
- Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps; process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
What's Needed?
- 1 year of experience in a customer service role within a call center, answering and responding to customers, resolving problems and issues
- Strong customer service skills with the drive to resolve issues
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
