Outreach Manager

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Outreach to lead and manage a team of Community Outreach Managers within a specified geographic area. This role involves hands‑on business development, sales management, focused referral generation, and strategic brand building initiatives to grow the company’s community patient base. Responsibilities

OUTREACH LEADERSHIP AND STRATEGY:

Collaborating with senior management to establish and execute community engagement strategy and performance objectives for the assigned territory. Assisting in strategic planning/department goal setting and regional objectives. Leading new market development and evaluation. Providing direction and support to site‑based Community Outreach Managers (COMs) in developing appropriate market coverage and strategy.

TEAM MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT:

Managing a highly successful Outreach (sales) team to drive census and meet or exceed department and corporate related goals. Assisting in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training of new hires within the region. Holding frequent performance reviews with the team to provide constructive feedback.

MARKET ANALYSIS AND RELATIONSHIP BUILDING:

Improving Brightview’s market position by understanding the competitive landscape, identifying new business opportunities, and building upon key stakeholder relationships. Forecasting and evaluating annual, quarterly, and monthly goals, analyzing data to report on outcomes. Attending key presentations and industry trade shows/events as needed.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Proven sales and outreach expertise with a track record of driving patient referrals and building relationships with healthcare professionals and community stakeholders. Strong organizational and analytical abilities to manage multiple priorities, assess market trends, and evaluate outreach effectiveness through data analysis. Qualifications

EXPERIENCE

3+ years of Sales or Marketing experience, preferably within a healthcare setting.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
