Outreach Manager

Responsibilities Collaborating with senior management to establish and execute community engagement strategy and performance objectives for the assigned territory. Assisting in strategic planning/department goal setting and regional objectives. Leading new market development and evaluation. Providing direction and support to site-based Community Outreach Managers (COMs) in developing appropriate market coverage and strategy. Managing a highly successful Outreach (sales) team to drive census and meet or exceed department and corporate related goals. Assisting in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training of new hires within the region. Holding frequent performance reviews with the team to provide constructive feedback. Improving Brightview’s market position by understanding the competitive landscape, identifying new business opportunities, and building upon key stakeholder relationships. Forecasting and evaluating annual, quarterly, and monthly goals, analyzing data to report on outcomes. Attending key presentations and industry trade shows/events as needed. Requirements 3+ years of Sales or Marketing experience, preferably within a healthcare setting. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in community engagement strategy, market development, and team leadership within the healthcare sector. Proven ability to drive sales performance, manage outreach teams, and analyze market data to achieve strategic objectives. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
