Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your role will involve the following key responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand individual patient needs and developing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities to address mental health concerns effectively.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records and adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards while documenting treatment outcomes and progress.

• Collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and medical staff, to provide comprehensive patient care within an interdisciplinary team framework.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to share insights and enhance clinical proficiency consistently.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position will be on patients receiving hospice care. You will provide psychological support to individuals facing terminal illnesses and their families, ensuring that their emotional and mental health needs are adequately addressed while enhancing their quality of life during these critical times.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
