Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Inner Growth Institute, you will undertake a variety of key responsibilities that directly contribute to the health and well-being of the students:

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments to understand each student's unique emotional and psychological needs. Develop tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual and group therapy using interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other innovative methodologies suited to the school environment.

• Ensure comprehensive documentation of clinical notes and treatment progress, adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with educational staff and parents, participating in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings to advocate for students' emotional and academic needs.

• Facilitate workshops and support groups focused on mental health awareness, resilience building, and coping strategies for students and their families.

• Stay informed on the latest mental health research and practices, integrating new knowledge into your service delivery to enhance patient outcomes.

• Ensure ethical practices in line with the standards set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), remaining a dedicated advocate for your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse population of students, including those experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Working closely with families, you will provide support that empowers students to improve their mental health and navigate the complexities of school life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid state-issued license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential to practice in California.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a strong emphasis on delivering psychotherapy services to children and adolescents.

• Demonstrated proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, particularly solution-focused therapies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
