Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly, evidence-based care through synchronous live video sessions tailored to meet the needs of adults facing various emotional disorders.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers and fellow therapists, fostering a comprehensive treatment plan that supports each client's unique journey.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and functional improvement metrics to continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans, ensuring they remain aligned with client goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our user-friendly therapist portal, which includes digital tools designed to enhance your efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An independent LCSW license in the state of California is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
