Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW with Inner Zenith Wellness, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans incorporating solution-based interventions.

• Administering a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adjusting approaches based on individual client circumstances.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards, guaranteeing confidentiality and high-quality documentation.

• Collaborating with a cross-functional treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational staff to deliver coordinated care, enhancing each student's treatment journey.

• Engaging in regular peer review and case consultation meetings to foster professional development and elevate the standard of care provided to clients.

• Providing education and supportive resources to patients and their families, empowering them to understand mental health challenges and navigate available community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is focused on providing mental health support to children and adolescents within the school environment. You will work closely with students facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment difficulties. It is your role to help them develop coping strategies, enhance their emotional resilience, and support their academic and social success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, especially within school settings or with similar populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Inner Zenith Wellness offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
