This role will manage agile delivery ceremonies, track sprint progress, and ensure alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience leading cross-functional delivery teams in an agile environment.JD Responsibilities:- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.- Track and report on project milestones, risks, and deliverables.- Serve as the central point of coordination between business stakeholders and delivery teams.- Identify and remove impediments to ensure sprint commitments are met.- Maintain project artifacts including status reports, backlogs, budgets, and RAID logs.- Support release planning and roadmap alignment with product ownership.JD Required Skills:- 5+ years of experience in project management or scrum master roles.- Proficiency with agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.- Demonstrated experience facilitating agile ceremonies in multi-team environments.- CSM, PSM, or PMP certification preferred.JD Preferred Skills- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.- Familiarity with SAFe or other scaled agile frameworks.- Experience with program-level reporting and governance.About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
