Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist Duration: 6+ Months(Part time) Location: Parsippany, NJ Skills and Experience: The candidate should possess an associate’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. A minimum of two years of experience in an Accounts Payable role is required, preferably within a corporate environment. The role demands a solid understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable best practices, along with strong proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of NetSuite is considered a plus. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy, strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
