Stellenbeschreibung Verantwortung für die Bedarfsanalyse, Generierung und Umsetzung strategisch relevanter Deals in Zusammenarbeit mit Client Units und Key Accounts Zusammenarbeit mit dem Account Management bei der Entwicklung und Ausarbeitung strategischer Wachstumschancen Strategische Leitung der Angebotserstellung von der Lead Phase bis zum Vertragsabschluss Primäre*r Ansprechpartner*in für den Kunden bezogen auf das konkrete Vorhaben, das umfassende Verständnis des Kundenbedürfnisses und dessen Entscheidungswege Verantwortung für die Angebots-Strategie bezogen auf Storyline, Lösungsarchitektur, Wettbewerb und Preis und Unterstützung bei der Übergabe an das Lieferteam nach Gewinn des Angebots Zusammenarbeit mit dem Deal Team, insbesondere dem Bid Management, zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Deal-Strategie Übernahme der Entscheidung zur besten Lösungsstrategie, basierend auf dem Kundenbedürfnis, dem Austausch mit den Lösungsverantwortlichen und externen Partnern und unter Einbezug von Markttrends und der Sopra Steria Strategie Mitarbeit bei Lessons Learned und Knowledge Sharing Qualifikationen Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Sales, Business Development oder in der Strategie-Beratung Umfassende Branchenkenntnisse in der Technologie-Beratung und/oder IT-Dienstleistung Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der Kundenkommunikation und Verhandlung inklusive Aufbau von vertrauensvollen Beziehungen Erkennen der wichtigsten Geschäftsprobleme von Kunden und Übersetzen dieser in passende Lösungen Strategisches Verständnis für rechtliche, kommerzielle und fachliche Aspekte von IT- und Beratungsgeschäften, sowie Marktbedürfnisse und -Trends, gleichzeitig Kreativität und Innovationsfähigkeit zur Erstellung überzeugender Angebote Ehrgeiz, Kunden- und Wettbewerbsorientierung Master oder höherer Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Strategisches Management oder ähnlichem Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (ab C1 Niveau) Zusätzliche Informationen Weiterbildung: umfangreiche fachliche und methodische Trainings inkl.
