Our client, a leading organization in the technology and service industry, is seeking a ServiceNow Portal Developer to join their dynamic team. Job Title: ServiceNow Portal Developer

Location: Austin, TX

What's the Job?

• Create and enhance ServiceNow Portal pages and widgets to deliver a modern, accessible user experience for customers

• Optimize ServiceNow Portal search engine functionality through advanced tags and filters

• Collaborate with the Service Catalog Manager to improve portal interface and usability

• Support the development and maintenance of workflows, scheduled jobs, and business rules within ServiceNow

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness for all portal features

What's Needed?

• Undergraduate degree in a related field

• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Strong UI design skills and experience in creating user-friendly interfaces

• Familiarity with ITIL Foundations and ITSM ticketing systems

• Experience working with system properties, update sets, workflows, and business rules within ServiceNow
