Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage patients’ overall health, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive, personalized care solutions.
• Conduct thorough physical examinations, review extensive medical histories, and assess the health status of patients to formulate appropriate treatment plans.
• Order essential diagnostic tests, including blood work and imaging, and interpret the results to guide patient management.
• Stay engaged with the latest advancements in primary care by participating in relevant training and professional development courses.
• Develop individualized treatment strategies for chronic and infectious diseases, meticulously monitoring patient progress and making necessary adjustments.
• Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses, ensuring safety and effectiveness in treatment protocols.
• Diagnose and treat various acute and chronic conditions within the scope of family medicine, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Promote preventive care by educating patients about healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records, drawing from established electronic health record (EHR) systems to support continuity of care.
• Actively educate patients and their families about illnesses, treatment regimens, and preventative measures, fostering a strong patient-provider relationship.

Qualifications

• Proven experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a family health clinic or similar healthcare environment.

Compensation and Benefits
