Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and interviews to develop accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, tailored to meet the individual needs and goals of each client.

• Offer crisis intervention services for clients in acute mental health distress, including risk assessments and immediate therapeutic support to ensure safety and stabilization.

• Document client progress meticulously, including treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to facilitate a comprehensive treatment approach.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
