Accounting Clerk 1 – 100% Onsite | Charleston, SC
Pay Rate: $25/Hr. Travel Time: 50%.
Shifts: M-F, 8-5 |
Term : 6 Months - Possibility of full-time (FTE) but not guaranteed.

Duties/Responsibilities
• Perform bookkeeping in accounting department: post data,
• Maintain records on costs of goods/services, shipment tracking
• Prepare invoices, itemized statements, and record receivables
• Verify billing accuracy; revise and resolve errors
• Manage PO processing, project setup, submittals
• Provide admin support and answer phones

Required Qualifications
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Experience preparing and verifying invoices/statements
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite 5 days/week and travel as needed

Preferred Experience/Certifications
• Prior QuickBooks experience highly preferred
• General administration and procurement experience
