Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to evaluate the psychological well-being of patients.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, adapting strategies based on patient progress and feedback.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies, providing immediate support during mental health emergencies while ensuring patient safety.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to formulate cohesive treatment plans and improve patient outcomes.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health issues, treatment strategies, and available community resources to foster understanding and empowerment.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring patient confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
