Receptionist / Office Assistant – Full-Time
Established apartment rental company is seeking a dependable, professional, and friendly Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Full-time position
Responsibilities may include:
- Answering phones and greeting tenants, prospective renters, and visitors
- Providing general office and administrative support
- Taking and relaying messages
- Assisting with rental office paperwork and recordkeeping
- Filing, data entry, and other clerical duties
- Possible bookkeeping duties
- Assisting management with day-to-day office operations
Ideal candidate:
- Professional and courteous
- Dependable and punctual
- Organized with good attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with the public and handling phone calls
- Basic computer and office skills
- Bookkeeping experience is a plus
Benefits:
- Paid vacation after 6 months: 1 week
- Paid vacation after 12 months: 2 weeks
- No health insurance benefits are currently offered
